Consultation data is stored on a secured server. We apply industry-standard security measures and do not transmit your data to any third-party marketing platform.
We retain your contact information for up to two years from your last interaction with us, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email assistant@bcd.plus with the subject line "Data Request" and we will respond within ten business days.
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
